"You have to breathe in the stillness."
Yoga encourages us to consciously breathe, to not only follow but to feel the inhale and the exhale. It encourages us to use the breath as an anchor, forming a bridge between the head and the heart, the mind and body, the breath and body, creating a union.

Watch how your exhales follow your inhale and watch how your inhale follows your exhale. You have no beginning and no end.

Heart element is air. Like love it is within and all around us.

One continual breath, breathing your body.

An open heart allows us to see all of the beauty and love around us. The natural world.
The chance to connect. The ordinariness, embodied.
Breath. Curiosity. Sensation.

The unbearable pain, fear and grief that threatened to crack open my fragile heart. Death.
"The softening of the heart."
The soft, feel-good backbend doesn't feel good or soft. Offering the heart to the earth. Protective.

The yin and the yang. The shadow self.

The eternal, sacred flame. Ashes to ashes. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away.
I will give up everything except the horizon,
You alone are my heart's desire and I long to worship you.

Centre of compassion, empathy and forgiveness. Heart.
